Common Questions
What counts as an evaluation?
One POST to /v1/evaluate = one evaluation. If a transaction is evaluated multiple times (e.g., pre-auth and post-auth), each call counts separately.
What happens if I exceed the free tier?
On the Starter plan, evaluations after 1,000/month return a 429 error. Upgrade to Growth for unlimited evaluations.
Can I test without real transactions?
Yes. Use a sandbox API key (rg_test_...). Sandbox evaluations return mock scores and don't count toward billing.
Do you store transaction data?
We store transaction metadata (IDs, amounts, timestamps) for graph analysis and audit trails. We don't store PII beyond what you send. You can request data deletion per GDPR.
Can I self-host?
Enterprise plan includes on-premise deployment. The stack runs on Docker/Kubernetes. You bring your own Neo4j and PostgreSQL.
